Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LustyLoop (the "Service"), operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Adults only

The Service contains sexually explicit material. You must be at least 18 years old, and the age of majority where you live, to access it. You may not use the Service where adult content is illegal, or let any minor access it. We may require additional age assurance where the law requires it.

2. Accounts

You can browse without an account. Member accounts are created with an email address and a one-time sign-in link. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

3. Creator accounts

To upload content you must apply for a creator account, pass identity and age verification through our verification partner, and set up payouts through our payment partner. As a creator you agree that:

• Every person appearing in your content was at least 18 years old when it was produced, and you have verified their age and identity with valid government ID.
• Every person appearing in your content consented to being recorded and to the content being published on LustyLoop, and can withdraw consent for future distribution.
• You keep the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (and equivalent laws where you are) and will provide them to us on request.
• You own the content or have all rights needed to post it, and it does not infringe anyone's rights.
• You are responsible for taxes on your earnings.

All uploads are reviewed before publication. We may refuse, remove, or demonetize content, and suspend creators, at our discretion.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not post, request, or share content that:

• Involves anyone under 18, or appears to depict a minor (including "age play" presented as involving minors).
• Was created or shared without the consent of everyone shown, including hidden-camera, "revenge", leaked, or deepfake content.
• Depicts non-consensual acts, incest, bestiality, extreme violence, or sexual content involving intoxicated or unconscious people.
• Infringes copyright or other rights, or promotes illegal activity, hate, or harassment.

You also may not scrape the Service, interfere with its operation, use bots to inflate views, likes, or ad impressions, or impersonate others. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement.

5. Your content and license

Creators keep ownership of their content. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, display, and distribute your content on and to promote the Service, until you delete it (except for copies retained for legal compliance or backups).

6. Advertising

The Service shows advertising from third-party ad networks. Advertisers are responsible for their ads; we don't endorse them. Clicking an ad takes you to a third-party site governed by its own terms.

7. Copyright

We respond to copyright notices under our DMCA Policy and terminate repeat infringers.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination
