LustyLoop respects intellectual property and the privacy of the people in our content. We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and remove non-consensual content on request.

Copyright notices

Send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
3. The URL(s) of the material on LustyLoop you want removed.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We aim to act on valid notices within 48 hours and will notify the uploader.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any judicial district where we may be found). We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of creators who repeatedly infringe.

Non-consensual or underage content

If you appear in content without your consent, or believe content involves a minor, email abuse@lustyloop.com with the URL. You don't need to prove copyright ownership. We take such content down immediately while we review it, and report suspected child sexual abuse material to NCMEC.
